sai= married ino yamanaka somehow, had two kids, worked in the yamanaka flower shop, died in a battle during an ambush attack on kohona during an uprising war

Sakura= great legendary med-nin, married sasuke, had ten kids, died in a battle protecting the village agains an anciant gigantic dark dragon demon

sasuke= married sakura, had 10 kids, and last member of team 7 standing
